I had a really good experience at Reed-Lallier Chevy. Octavia and I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I wasn???t pressured after my initial visit. I had time to weigh my options without being pressured. When I decided to purchase Octavia and Emmanuel addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was good before moving to financing. Cross Creek Subaru and my salesman Myk made buying a car a wonderful experience. My husband is housebound and this was the first time I had to deal with a major purchase by myself. I was never talked down to or treated as a "woman" who does not know what she is doing. Myk went out of his way to make sure I could take different cars home to be sure my husband was comfortable sitting in them. When we made a decision I met with the General Manager who took me through the complete process of settling on a final price. When I picked up the car, Myk made sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" my new car has. Buying from CarMax was by far the easiest car purchase I ever had...I knew what i wanted before hand. Even when i changed my mind and went with a different Mazda3 in a different location...getting it delivered with easy as pie...No wheeling and dealing, no running back and forth to a "Finance Manager" for approvals, and no stare down matches with the salesperson. I filled out the paper work and it was a done deal. I will be shopping there again whenever it is time for my next car. I am happy with my purchase.
They quickly received the part after it needed to be ordered. They made a courtesy call to ask for when would the car be available for repair because the part was in. I decided to drop it off early in the morning and leave it but before my wife could come and pick me up it was repaired. Excellent repair with quality care given!!
