I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

2020 Honda CR-V review
We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. I had an excellent experience buying a used car from Kevin Solinger at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. They gave me the carfax and a rundown of the maintenance they had performed on the car upfront. I took the car to be inspected at a nearby mechanic and they didn't find anything unexpected. I would buy from here again. The only thing I didn't like is that they do vin etching to every car on the lot, so they force you to buy the upsell. They also push the maintenance plan pretty hard just as you are finalizing the purchase. But overall I had a good experience with them and they seemed completely straightforward about what they were giving me, even highlighting the upsell charges to make everything crystal clear. They made it easy to get a car loan through BECU, and the whole process was simple and reasonably quick. Kevin was friendly and never pushy. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2023 Honda Passport review
Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it’s a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have!
2010 Honda CR-V review
We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.
