Motor Werks Honda review
My sales person Daniel Alfaro is an outstanding, professional and honest salesman that spent the time to show me four different vehicles and listen and answered all my questions. I couldn’t take the vehicle home since I had no means and it was near closing time but Daniel dropped the vehicle off at my home the next day. I would definitely buy again from Daniel Alfaro at Motor Werks.

We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

Schaumburg Honda Automobiles review
My experience at Schaumburg Honda was fantastic! The salesperson, Spencer, was incredibly helpful. I informed her that I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my kids. She provided me with a lot of information and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that I made an informed decision about buying a quality used vehicle. Spencer was transparent and didn’t have any hidden agendas. She also provided upfront pricing, and allowed me to speak with the mechanic. The mechanic thoroughly inspected the car, and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I appreciated the care and concern Spencer showed for my family and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
We bought it new and only have 1600 miles on it but thus far we’re very pleased. While being very comfortable for everyone and roomy it’s a very practical vehicle. Combine the comfort and ease of use, the safety features and overall quality that comes with the Honda brand it’s tough to beat. After test driving the Toyota Sienna and the Kia Sedona, the Odyssey was the top pick for everyone. Taken it and a couple short road trips with the family and it performed above expectations. Very happy with the purchase.

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Informative and knowledgeable and respectful of my need to take time and research my options.
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I didn’t have trouble buying a new car here. Gave me a great price for my trade in after negotiations. Gave me a great interest rate on my loan as well. Thank you!
2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

2015 Honda Odyssey review
Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!
