Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

Cant say enough about all the sales personnel at FredAnderson acura. They were extremely patient and understanding in my dealing with insurance/banking contacts. Should not have taken so long. My sales professional, Keith Hamilton, was extremely helpful providing information about the car and paperwork needed to transfer insurance, title, and trade in. Big shout out to him and will look for him next time- which will surely be with FredAnderson Acura.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I own a 2006 300c 5.7 hemi, I’ve owned this car for about a year last original owner was a 70year old who bought the car brand new off the lot in 2006 with that being said the cars in amazing condition the only complaint I had when buying it was that the navigation stick stopped working and a piece of the chrome was peeling back, everything else was immaculate, as of right now it just clicked over to 120,000 miles, I’ve replaced spark plugs, axle back exhaust cold air intake and a tune, last week the car starting throwing a code for losing communication to ecu pcm and it will need a new computer which I mean isn’t to big of a deal 4-500 dollars, but as of today it started also throwing a code for mds cylinder deactivation circuit stuck open which I’ll have to rip apart the intake manifold to access, all in all if your looking for a nice reliableish v8 luxury car and for the year I’d definitely recommend a 300c weather the 5.7 or the srt8, aslong as you keep up with general maintenance full synthetic oil every 3k miles, flush out your diff and transmission spark plugs and coil packs it will last you 200,000 plus miles.

Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

It is my wife's car. It has done 370,000km. Oil consumption of the 3 litre V6 between 5000km changes is minimal (can't see any change on dipstick). Transmission works smoothly. Ride comfortable. Handling precise. This Toyota model is a classic.

I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

When I arrived my car was taken immediately into the shop, My service person (Anastasia) informed me about how long we should be waiting. My car was ready even earlier than expected. Anastasia has great cumstomer service. Very polite and professional.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

Easy to book, easy to drop off. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the guest wifi is terrible (low, slow signal in the customer waiting area) and I was unable to work for the hour I was there for service.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol
