Woodhouse Cadillac of OmahaReviews
Woodhouse Cadillac of Omaha review
This dealership is the absolute best. They communicate well, take time to answer questions, update us with text messages. We bought our Cadillac from them and will never buy from another dealership. Shout out to Bev in the service department. We took our car in for an oil change but had noticed a few issues that needed attention. And within 24 hours all was well, I had my nice clean car back - yes, they washed my car - and I was reassured my car was in great shape. Thank you Woodhouse. You are the best!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone I met from the time I walked in the door was upbeat, courteous & friendly! Niko in sales was very patient & helpful orienting me to my new & gorgeous Corolla Cross! The Sales Managers Joel, Lane, & Devan are beyond knowledgeable & welcoming to the dealership! My financing work with George was done efficiently & was also very pleasant. If you get an opportunity to meet Terry the GM, definitely take it because you will definitely enjoy that experience & he will make your trip to Village Pointe even more memorable. He is a kind & humble man! Thank you everyone for at Village Pointe Toyota for helping me get into my amazing Corolla Cross and giving me an enjoyable experienceI love my new car and I’m looking forward to coming back for all my maintenance & service needs! Thank you! You were all amazing.

Audi OmahaReviews
Audi Omaha review
Our Experience with the Purchase of a New Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha We recently purchased the new Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha in Omaha, NE. and could not be happier. The moment we stepped into the dealership we were impressed. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. Greg was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us, listened to what features we sought , thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions in a way that made us confident about our decision. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Financial arrangements were made after we had made our decision on the model , options and color. This too proved to be very fair and seamless. On the day of delivery, Greg again walked us thru all systems of the Q3, integrated our cell phones to the automobile and adjusted preferences for each driver. Our purchase has been a very pleasant experience with Audi Omaha. Thank You to the folks at Audi Omaha. We highly recommend them. And ask for Greg. JJL/MJL

Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

Genesis of Minneapolis review
Ethan was excellent showing us the car and explaining the features, unfortunately a smoker previously owned the vehicle and the smoke smell was a hard no. Ethan spoke to the sales manager and found out another low mileage vehicle equipped the same coming in shorty. Saw that vehicle today and purchased. Ethan was great as was Cassie the Finance person. Easy financing and paperwork completion. Highly recommend this dealership
