My husband and I had been looking for a very specific Ford F-150. We found it online at this dealership and traveled over 130 miles to complete the purchase and trade. The process was seamless, the price for the new truck and the offer for our trade was very fair. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and responsive. We haven't bought a new vehicle since 1992 (typically purchase used). We would not hesitate to travel back to this dealership for a future purchase.

They had the car I wanted and offered a slightly lower price than Edmunds recommended. They expedited the paperwork and vehicle prep so I could be in and out quickly.

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

John Judy, sales associate of the Pearson Hyundai team completely blew me away with his attentive, caring service! We decided against the car we came to see, and when we inquired about similar deals at other local dealerships, he went above and beyond anything I expected...made calls and connected us to other dealers which lead is to another great deal for my daughter, and saved us so much time which we didn't have!. He is kind, patient and caring, even when it didn't directly benefit himself. No pressure! I would highly recommend him for car sales. He's honest and caring!! .

This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.

My experience was beyond belief at how smooth this transaction occurred. I came in to look for a low milage used pickup truck. I was introduced to Mikey Johnson the salesman and I explained I had to leave in 45 minutes to take my daughter to a function. He listened to want I wanted in a low milage, small pickup, under $30,000. He showed me a 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid and we test drove it. He also appraised my 2009 Nissan Rouge for trade in value. I left in 45 minutes with a sales sheet laying out all the pricing. When I got my daughter to her function, I was texting Mikey Johnson explaining we were close to what i wanted but we needed to iron out a few details like a little more for my trade in. We agreed to meet the next morning to fill out paperwork and we got a jump by him sending me a credit application and me sending certain documents. The truck was going in my name but my wife is on the title for the trade in. We worked out everything that I came in the next day and closed the deal with my wife only their long enough to sign two documents. I drove away in two hours with my truck and being extremely satisfied with my experience. That evening I realized I left a few personal items in the Nissan so I texted Mikey to see if I could retrieve them. He came in the next day, on his day off, to get my items out of the car. Talk about service above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend any of my friends to go to this dealership when they are looking for a new vehicle. Job well done, Mikey Johnson!

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I bought a Ford Explorer from Sheehy yesterday, and overall I had a positive experience. Allen (Mikey) Johnson was helpful and respectful of my budget and preferences. OMG!!! I love this place. Itook my Equus there for repair work on the sound system. Krystal Woodson was Fantastic! She explained everything to me and David the technician working on my car, wouldn't give up diagnosing what was wrong, until he figured it out! He had to pull the entire back seat out of the car to fix the problem. If you have an Equus, you know that is what you have to do to fix speaker issues. David did a fantastic job, considering this was probably his first time doing this. My car now sounds like an Equus is supposed to sound. I can't say enough good things about Krystal and the way she and David took care of me and my car. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! If you have a Hyundai, this is the only place to go. Driven almost 2700 miles in over month after purchase. I bought the Blue line, which is considered the base model Hybrid. This is my 1st Hyundai and hybrid.The underdog of compact SUV’s. Best value for the money compared to Toyota and Honda for what it comes with. Exterior looks, in my opinion is aggressive and I like it. Also a bit more roomier for occupants and cargo. It may have a little less mpg than those 2 but it makes up for it in HP and torque. The tech it comes with is easy to navigate and screen is responsive when navigating the menus. Apple car play and Android auto is easy to connect and use. The transition between electric and gas is fairly smooth. I am getting 37mpg so far not too far off their 38mpg claim and with a quarter tank left I get over 300+ miles. I feel that it is better in handling as well. Steering feels tighter as well. Interior feel is very good with the materials used, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Only gripe I have is I wish they provided air vents for the wireless charging pad and the phone holder pad on the dash. Give this SUV a chance, I have. Also has the best warranty on the market.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. RUN, do not walk to this dealership—they will put you in the driver’s seat!! Arkell and his manager are the A-Team! Instant rapport, personable, caring, and trustworthy. They possess what every consumer-driven business should have: an honest desire to fulfill your need. Especially for those of us who may have less than stellar credit. We still cannot believe we are the proud new owners of a 2022 Kia Forte. (We were in a real pickle when our car required more work than its worth—this was after we had already sunk several thousand dollars in recent repair work. We needed a quick solution!) We are so grateful for their guidance and for their ability to make this happen for us.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I’ve owned a Kia going on 10 years. The only place it will get serviced is Hyman Brothers Kia Service department is top notch. They will explain everything before, and during. No surprise fees!

Due to a massive recall, I could not get an appointment for at least three weeks at the nearby dealership for a much needed oil change. I took a chance since I was in the West End and went by West Broad Hyundai to see if they could work me in which they could. I only had to wait an hour. And they found a nail in my tire so an additional forty five minutes had that problem fixed, too.

Took my 2011 328i for a state inspection and recall work. The dealership shuttle took me to and from the appointment and the work seems to be great!! Tom Gemellaro was the Service Advisor and provided great status updates and repair option guidance. I'm very pleased with Richmond BMW!!
