We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos from a Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a check of the brakes. Glad I did, since it had a recall. Service was great and price was comparable to the oil change place I used to use. Brakes were okay too.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

On Wednesday I had an appointment for an oil change. The experience is always a great one Tiara was great besides a free oil change and tire rotation she was able to get me a free car wash and vacuum, looked great. This was one thing off my list for this busy season. Thanks, Tiara.

Second Steingold purchase in less than 12 months. Unfortunately one of our other family vehicles (VW Passat) was totaled in recent accident. Although I was not initially shopping for another Volvo (because I already had one and like change) I decided to replace our totaled car with another Volvo from Steingold. Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. Recently purchased a CPO XC70 from Steingold. Solid, good experience. Clear and direct communication throughout the entire process. A fair deal. They also worked with me to add some accessories I wanted. I was coming from out-of-state and one of the owners even came in on his day off to meet with me so we could finish the transaction. This is an old-school, family run dealership. With active, on-site owners. Many dealers today are part of larger multi-dealer corporate conglomerates. With absentee owners. Depending on the general manager and rest of staff, such dealers may still be well run. However, there is something to be said for the old-school model. Steingold is committed to the local area as well. Also, convenient location just off the highway. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. This is the 4th Accord I've owned...and it is the best yet. I purchased the Touring model, which has all the bells and whistles. I was able to get a great deal on this car and have not regretted my decision. My only detraction was on the Comfort Rating. I have to get use to entering and exiting a sedan, which is lower and not as easy as my Honda CR-V, which was my trade-in.
