On July 30th, 2018, I drove from Glace Bay NS to purchase a previously owned 2017 Hyundai Accent from Moncton Chrysler. Only 1073 kms on it at time of purchase and in absolutely mint condition. It has everything I need and is the perfect car for me. I am so in love with my little red Accent!! ??
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love the way this car runs. It has the best design and a very smooth ride. I loved the car so much I decided to buy it. I love the dark red color.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

You have to keep in mind that the Accent is on the low end of the cost spectrum. It doesn’t accelerate very quickly, it’s not the most flashy car, the interior design is clean but definitely not luxury. But, it has been great on gas, very reliable, and a super smooth drive. I’ve been driving it for 8 months, almost 10,000 miles, and I am very happy with my purchase!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Vehicle is a great deal for the price. Good compact car, but feels bigger than it is. Great gas mileage. Only dislike is that there is no cruise control on the basic package. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I got the ball rolling with 4 dealerships but Junior gave me a quick & fair quote over the phone while the others wanted me to do the leg work and get the best deal and then come back to them so they could beat it. Junior just gave me the best deal and it was done. Thanks!

I love my new car .It has extra usb plugs , It is so very clean inside and out. Rides like a dream. Handles fantastic. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Casey King is AMAZING!! Not only did she help me but she turly went above and beyond all she did for me 2day, had to bring my baby in that I bought from y’all for some services and Casey was there to help and make everything a smooth process for me! She even got me something fun to “play” in while waiting for my baby to be fixed she tried find out everything possible to save me some money and was just truly an awesome and AMAZING woman!! Will be working with her from now on for any needs I have!

It was a cheap small first car for me. I new it was the one the moment I saw it on the website. 3 weeks of ownership and no issues.
Great little car, very good value for the $. I use it commute once a week between LA and San Diego, I can get (according to the on-board calculations) 45 MPG on a level freeway surface on the run down, have to keep it no more than slow-lane 70 though. (the speed limit is 65 but everyone on the I-5 seems to do 80.) The interior is pretty basic but overall it's fine for what I need. Even has Sirius XM radio!
I was contact Mr Jake Henshaw in the Raleigh N.C. store who was very professional and provided me with the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Mr Henshaw followed the Car Max procedure which covered a detailed outline that indeed provided a very smooth and thorough handling of all paperwork within a timely fashion. I rate Mr Henshaw 5+

This is exactly the type of car I was looking for. The outside color and interior design fits my style perfectly. I have also gotten compliments on it. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager.
When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
Clown Car- unbelievable load capacity

Very reliable car, no issues at almost 50,000 miles. Looks small but the 60/40 split rear seat folds down to give a ton of cargo space! We call this our clown car because we really load it up! Only drawback is that it does not accommodate rear-facing car seats well unless your front seat passenger is short (seat has to be moved up several inches).
This was one of my best experiences at Matthews Motors Service Department. I was very impressed with the staff who went the extra mile to take care of my car, showing me tangible evidence of my car's needs. Thank you!

Met my ends as far as saving gas. I think it's the smallest car I've ever had. The reason I gave only 4 stars on some is it sets really low to the ground & I'm always concerned about hitting the bottom of car. I would rather have leather seats & different head rest
Before I came I heard great things about this place and they were true. Everyone is nice and they work with you to find the car that you want and treat you like family. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Great place

I was well overdue for an oil change due to travelling the week before and my dealer could not fit me in. I called Matthews Motors and they were able to fit me in right away.
