Used Hyundai Elantra for sale in Ashland, NJ

I've been shopping for a used Jeep for my daughter on CarGurus and found a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2 hours away from my home at VIP Auto Outlet in Maple Shade, NJ. It was a cool shade of blue, the right price, and the right age/# of miles for a new driver, but it was a month before I could find the time to get there for a test drive. My daughters were playing in a softball tournament in the area, and Internet Sales Manager Josh Badat and Salesman Tom Rescinito made it easy for me to schedule my test drive in between games. Our family loved the Jeep, and Tom closed the deal by offering it to drive it to our home. He delivered it today, beautifully detailed and ready to ride. We bought our 2023 Huundai Elantra SEL at Star Hyundai in Bayside, N.Y. The car is great. It came with the convenience package. It was a little more than what we wanted in a car ... we're simple people. BUT, A WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS ... STAY AWAY FROM STAR HYUNDAI IN BAYSIDE NY. THEY GAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY'RE CROOKS!! As much as I love my new 2023 Elantra, the dealer made buying a new car that should be a wonderful experience and turned it into a very BAD EXPERIENCE! The dealer was rude, nasty and dishonest. My $25,150 car ended up final a total of $32,000 that was including my BIG DOWN PAYMENT. Because of their dishonesty, this made my car extremely unaffordable. The dealer took advantage of our horrible circumstances and I resent them for that. My husband and I lost our 2018 Elantra due to a lot of damage and our insurance company only gave us a week to turn in the rental. So, it gave my husband and I 1 weekend to buy a new car. The dealer saw we were stressed and vulnerable and they took advantage of us. 1 mistake my husband and I made was to tell them we had only 1 weekend to find a car because we had to give back the rental in less than 7 days. So, it didn't leave us time to go from dealer to dealer. Unfortunately, we signed the contract blindly because we needed the car and we needed to get out of there because we made ourselves sick over this horrible experience. We called the dealer a few days later or so when our minds were a little clearer we called the dealer back to explain how they got to the amount of $32,000. Would you believe that they got nasty, and started yelling at us because we received a survey from Hyundai to rate our service and we didn't give them a good rating. So, they weren't willing to speak with us on a professional level. That just shows you how thinned skin the dealer was. We launched a complaint to Hyundai Corporation and they said "sorry about your bad experience, but each Hyundai dealer is individually owned and there is nothing we can do to help you". I think it's a disgrace that Hyundai doesn't care what these dealers do and won't help the consumer. You would think that they would care a little more since their name is on it. We'll, my husband and I made a decision that we will refinance the car to get a better price on our loan and trade the car in within 1 to 3 years. Just because I don't want to own the car from a company who doesn't car. We originally was going to trade the car in after we get the title, but we would lose a tremendous amount of money on the car and who can afford that.

Seats are very uncomfortable, and the entire interior is made of cheap plastic that rattles. Low visibility out rear window. Suspension isn’t very good either

We recently visited Carvision and worked with Michael Foose. We have been going through the car buying process for weeks, and Michael was by far the friendliest and most sincere car salesperson we have dealt with. He was very knowledgable about the car we were looking at, as well as patient and kind in regards to our desire to purchase or not. There was absolutely no pressure at all! It was such a nice feeling that we weren't getting pushed around like we had been at so many other dealers. We will for sure be visiting Michael again!

Looks are deceiving, a small display floor belies the very large inventory behind the office. My wife and I met Anthony Ciarrocca. upon entering. We knew our credit scores and that we wanted to test drive a Kona. Anthony was the ultimate professional verifying our information while helping us go on a test drive. If Anthony had acted like other salespeople that I have run into before I would have walked out. But after the ride Anthony gave us the bottom line on cost for the car. Not a price that grew and grew and grew like all of the other dealers that I have dealt with but the actual final cost! Also Anthony provided multiple lease and purchase options and suggested accessories and explained why he recommended them. When Anthony had to step away for a moment Megin helped me and was great Managers Sam and Russ provided valuable guidance as needed.If you want to look at cars and be treated like a human like I've never seen before I strongly suggest that you give Burns Hyundai a visit.

I love my car. I wish is had front end sensors as my city has high curbs that I can't see during to the lower profile. It's an awesome car but I miss having truck

In June 2021 I got a beautiful new Sonata with all the bells and whistles, including a sunroof. Shortly afterward I became very ill with my physician recommending that I not drive. I got a really good deal on this car it has most everything I need heated seats satellite radio, lane departure , and moon roof . It drives super nice gets great gas mileage and very comfortable .

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I love the car it rides nice handles Performs good Comfortable roomie I have friends that wanna buy it now because they like riding in it and driving it Not a fan of the generation after because of the IVT in them prefer the generation I have with a regular transmission shifts nicer and peppier

Me and my husband went to Apollo to look for a car. I wasn’t sure if I would even get a loan because my credit score was low. Moses Arellano assisted us and he made me feel comfortable even though my score was low. He gave suggestions on ways to increase my score. He was so easy to be around after about 15 minutes I felt like I knew him for much longer. He felt like a true friend. He gave suggestions and we ended up getting a Lexus which I never dreamed I could purchase with a decent percentage rate. He was great and we will go to Apollo for now on. I highly recommend Moses to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

Very comfortable, handles well. All the bells and whistles very user friendly. Love the safety features. Had a 2010 Elantra, and while we really liked it, the 2020 has catapulted us into the future. We are leasing this vehicle.

I bought my 2018 as a lease I just recently purchased to buy out the lease I have 34,000 miles on it and this car has been just wonderful. I average around 31 mi in the city and have been as high as 39.5 on the highway. The only thing I do is change the oil at every 5,000 miles rotate my tires at every 10,000 MI and I have bought a brand new set of michelins which the ride is so smooth. I have not had any major items go wrong on it it has been a great car for me the value is well worth it and I highly recommend it they are very dependable.

There a lot of road noise all over the car.That’s the biggest problem with the car.I try new tires thinking that help it quieter.But it didn’t. The car is 10 years old.But I take very good care of it.

As a former GM owners we went into buying our next used car with an open mind. I knew Hyundais were known for their reliability and overall value, but until we took this car for a test drive, we weren't really aware of how good theses cars got. It's quiet rides real well gets great mileage...around 42-46 on the highway, mid 30's around town, and being the value edition, it has a ton of features including, keyless entry, DRL, pwr driver seat, pwr windows, locks and mirrors, carplay, heated mirrors, auto dim mirror inside, heated front seats. I could go on and on but this car is great and looks great too. We bought it used a year ago with just under 38000 miles. the bottom line is when looking at used cars check out the Elantra. You won't be disappointed.

It has a great and roomy interior. It drives so smoothly and handles with ease. Some of the controls take some getting used to but overall it's a great car.

I purchased my vehicle new in the summer of 2017. It now has 75k miles on it. It has been very reliable. It still gets great gas mileage (40+) on the highway. Around town is good, too. My wife currently has a 2020 Camry rental. I think the Elantra has a better ride and is more comfortable. I would buy the vehicle again.
