Lots of cars to choose from. Salesman Sam Munshi was very professional. He showed us the specific cars we came to see and was with us on the test drives. He was also quick at looking up the prices of other vehicles on the lot that caught our eye. Very helpful.

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

Always great fast, efficient, thorough service from Farrish. I bought a used Subaru cross track in 2019 and Farrish has been maintaining my car ever since then. I appreciate the honesty of the technicians and their willingness to explain every little thing to me without talking down to me as a woman. I recommend them highly

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

It has been a pleasant surprise working with this dealership and I believe Max has made our experience A+ . Max has helped us find our vehicles (we’ve bought several) effortlessly and smooth. He makes sure that we are 100% satisfied. We appreciate this type of service especially with buying cars. Basically “knock on wood” our car buying experience was a pleasure from looking to driving the vehicles home. I consider this a five star experience!

My salesman was so professional and honest .he let me know what he can do for to get a car for my daughter. I like his honesty and did just what he say what they could . his name was Travonte Moore. overall the staff was great and professional. we was not there several hours like it usually take . the manager and the finance person was also great . I would recommend them . they were professional and they didn’t give you false promises that they couldn’t keep. That was a plus for me. I would give them a 5 star .and I would like to say I thank them for the great job and experience with them.
