Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Probably he worse moments in my life is when it's time to buy a car. I hate car dealers. However, I just leased a car for my dayughter from Centereach Hyunday and I have to admit it was the best experience I've had and I've bought / leased over 20 cars in my life. The price I was quoted it was the price I got, very transparent with all the fees and I was out of the dealership with the car in a couple of hours. Vinny was the salesman and overall I had a great experience

I traded in my Sonata for a 2024 Elantra. My salesperson was Daniel Vargas. He was responsive and focused on the car requirements I had. He provided exceptional service. Went in to get a very specific car that they just got that same week. Everyone was very polite and professional. They even gave me a little extra on my trade-in since I still owed on the car. I was in and out within a few hours and drove off the lot with my new car. Everything went pretty smooth that day and I left a happy customer. I've had dealers try to sell me on other cars that were more expensive before and even had a dealer tack another $3k underneath me when looking through paperwork AFTER I left with another car. These guys didn't try to sell me on a more expensive car that I didn't want and all the paperwork checks out. Very positive experience overall.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. It has been more than 10 yrs since we bought a new car. The 2017 Sedona we bought is exquisite. We are happy with our purchase. The only thing was the whole buying process took a while (almost 5 hours). I do wish they had a better system where you can do most of the work online, even financing so you are not there for such a long time, especially if you are not planning to trade anything in. This way you work out everything yourself and not haggling back and forth. After the long wait it was worth it. Also important, if you are calculating the cost, keep in mind once you have the cost (MSRP plus discounts, cash back, trade in) you need to include about 9-10% additional for tax, title, license, additional fees (this is without GAP or added protection). You can than look for an online car calculator to see on the finance (I am a numbers person). This would have helped me.

You know regardless of the negative reviews I have been reading I had a very positive experience with abc Hyundai. Carie McCulley is what and how a service advisor should be. She was 110% from start to finish with my oil change most of the other employees greeted me upon entry of the facility. Over all I had a very nice experience with abc Hyundai.
