After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. He inquired about a convenient time for me to collect my new vehicle. I was thrilled to receive this news, especially considering that my bank had previously declined my application and having my brother cosign was my last resort. With winter approaching, I was eager to acquire a reliable vehicle, so I informed my brother of the update, and we proceeded to sign the necessary paperwork the following day, on Saturday. I am delighted with my new car, and I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Marcus, for your exceptional service throughout this process.
2011 Hyundai Genesis review
It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. And I still have it 2025 and I have 165 thousand miles on it and I’ve taken really good care of my vehicle and I have changed the oil every 5 thousand miles and I’ve only used mobile 1 full synthetic ever since I had 30 thousand miles on it. And I have kept up with everything it needs and my car runs like the day I bought it out of the showroom. And I bought the 4.6 liter V8 and I have one thing wrong with the sensors and I think it’s just a fuse. So yeah it’s a great car. And I’ll never get rid of it. And it’s basically all highway miles on it. And make sure that you buy the tires that came with the car because I bought Michelin‘s and they felt like I was driving a truck. So I went with the deltas and they are great tires for the car.

2012 Hyundai Genesis review
2011 4.6 v8. Bought used 5 years ago with 80k. Now has 111k. Regular maintenance, replacement alternator and battery. That’s it. Got tired of unreliable, super expensive repairs with bmw and Mercedes’. Car is 90% driving feel of my 540i and 400 e. Without the headache of finding a shop that can fix it. Put magma flows on it. Sounds great and it is really quick for a boat. Make sure the abs module was done under recall? And change the transmission fluid! Hemi chargers chew on the rear view mirrors of this thing!

2012 Hyundai Genesis review
Unbelievably excellent car! I bought this from original owner (I recommended he buy this vehicle in mid 2011). It had 33k not when I bought in 2015 - now has about 110,000 and looks new. The only service I had was about $225 for cruise control repair in 2020.

2015 Hyundai Genesis review
I don't actually own one myself but my dad just recently purchased one. They have always been one of my favorite cars. My dad's genesis has a lot of bells and whistles but I don't no if he got the ones that are fully loaded..but it does have the panaromic moon roof..memory driver seat and steering wheel. All the back windows have shades on the windows. Trunk has human sensory to automatically open...I think it has auto start and all the lane sensors...touch screen .. lexicon sound system...it's the 3.8 V6 model not the 5.0 V8. It drives so smooth and is very quiet. You hardly even hear the doors when you shut them. Plus my dad got it for a great price. Hope when he gets older and can't really drive anymore that he passes it down to me. I've always liked the genesis.. especially the ones that only have the Genesis emblem on the hood and trunk and not the older ones that had the Hyundai emblem on the back and said Genesis also on it. If your like me and your into the nice sleek luxury smooth riding sedans then I most definitely recommend the Genesis and try to get one that comes with some of the cool luxury upgrades on/in it. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

2016 Hyundai Genesis review
The car is packed with features found on models costing thousands mire. Very comfortable ride. However, things are starting to go wrong with only 96,000 miles ( and all scheduled maintenance). I just spent over $940 on a catalytic converter sensor. I am now looking at $5000 to replace the radio unit that is malfunctioning. I was not expecting to incur these costs at only 96,000 miles.

2013 Hyundai Genesis review
Had a 2009 Genesis went to the 2013 because I loved it so much. I drove Mercedes for 16 years prior...love it! Would highly recommend this vehicle. Put “Wings” on it and I often get asked if it’s a Bentley!

2015 Hyundai Genesis review
It makes buying a BMW. seem like a waste of money.it has the big car ride. the cabin is quiet and there is an ample amount of space for a big guy like myself. There are many option that are standard luxury car features. It is a beautiful car inside and out. I have a 2014 Azera which is a very nice car. It is a bit more sporty. It is a fine vehicle too. Hyuandai gives an excellent value for your hard earned money. If conditions allow it cruises at 110 to120 with a smooth ride. The genissis is just as good.

It wasn’t long before I realized that this wasn’t just another car dealership, it was a small, very family-owned business run by people who truly care about what they do and the customers who walk through their doors. I could immediately tell that Haas, the father, was a good and honest person who takes real pride in the quality and value of his vehicles. Vicky, the mother, is soft-spoken, kind, and always ready to help with whatever you need. Mike is one hell of a salesman! He always gave me options, listened to what I was looking for, and even kept me in mind whenever a new vehicle hit the lot. And Sara, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. As someone with challenging credit, Sara did everything she possibly could to help me get approved, working with different lenders and continuing to try for me. When you have challenging credit, it can be extremely difficult and discouraging trying to get a vehicle. After going to so many big-name dealerships and constantly being told no, you really start to lose hope. That was around the time I walked into Hawthorne Motors Express. Looking back, it honestly feels like every place I went to before them led me right to Hawthorne Motors Express. It just made sense. One thing I can confidently say is that the quality of their vehicles speaks for itself. The cars I have seen and driven have been in exceptionally good condition. They drive amazingly, aren’t sitting at insanely high mileage, and they have relatively newer vehicles with fair price tags to match. I will always root for Hawthorne Motors Express, and I will always recommend my family and friends come here when looking for their next vehicle. This family has genuinely become friends of mine. I trust that when they say they are going to take care of something pertaining to a vehicle, they will do it. They get things done! Even Marvin was incredibly sweet and genuinely excited to help customers find the perfect car for them. Every person I encountered made me feel like they actually cared. 2015 Hyundai Genesis review
The Genesis reminds me highly of my first car, the 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. Being powerful, roomy, comfortable, and having smooth driving complete this feeling but the added features, which beat my sister's 2020 Buick, make this car really something special. Easily one of the best vehicles I've ever driven.
