Route 46 Nissan review
Ricardo is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in car buying. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100% comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and it’s all because of him. Super trustworthy team too. Thank you so much for my beautiful ride.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Sharone helped me lease my new car and made the process super easy and fast. Never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and made us feel comfortable in our choices. He never kept us waiting and the car was ready when expected for pickup. The finance department was efficient in the process.

Anas Alchorbaji was my salesman from the moment I walked into the dealership. He helped me choose the right car, arranged a test drive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I ended up buying the car, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Anas was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain every detail about the car and answered all of my questions honestly. What I appreciated the most was that he never pressured me into making a purchase. I had always heard from friends that car salespeople can be very pushy, but Anas was the complete opposite. He was also completely transparent about all the fees and costs. During my previous car purchase at another dealership, some fees were hidden until the last minute, but Anas made sure everything was explained upfront with no surprises. I highly recommend asking for Anas Alchorbaji if you’re looking to buy a car. He made the experience enjoyable, honest, and easy. Thank you, Anas!

Hyundai City of Bay Ridge review
Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. Nick in after sales and everyone involved were very accommodating and helpful. If you are reading this, and you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, take my advice and give Hyundai City a try and ask for Joe and Scott. ***** DH

I recently bought a 2024 Nissan Altima from Nissan City of Springfield, and the experience was fantastic! Kyle was incredible to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect car. Deja walked me through all the Altima’s features and made the process so easy and enjoyable. The Altima itself is amazing—comfortable, smooth to drive, and loaded with great tech. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the service from Kyle and the whole team. Highly recommend Nissan City of Springfield!

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. Our Salesman was super helpful and was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. The financing process was easy as well. Overall very happy with my car and experience.
