Service agent Yvonne DeJongh was phenomenal. She is my “go to” person for all my interactions with Subaru. I retired from Delta Airlines as a customer service agent for 30 years and I know what excellent customer service entails. Need more like Yvonne.

Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

It was very easy to deal with all the Key folks… Irina was very efficient and keep me in constant real time communication.. I did my purchase from a different state and it involved a trade-in… it was a rather complicated deal that went seamlessly! Also, interacted with Nick on a few occasions and he too was very efficient and to the point.. In general it was a pleasant and efficient interaction… way better than the typical car experience where you have to spend hours n hours dealing with this person and then another person to get a deal done !! Recommend this dealership highly !!

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

NATTY IS CURRNTLY RESEARCHING A 2020 TOYOTA SIENNA WITH LOW MILEAGE THAT I AM VERY INTERSTED IN BUYING AND HAVING IT DELIVERY TO ME IN WELLSBURG, WV ZP 26070 -AND AS A SERIOUSLY DISABLED RETIRED MARINE CORPS COMBAT INFANTRY OFFICER OF 23 YEARS OF ACTIVE DUTY WITH OVER 25 MONTHS EXPOSURE TO AGENT ORANGE IN VIETNAM AND OVER 4 YEARS EXPOSURE TO THE CONTAMINATED WATER AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, NC! AND, NATTY KNOWS THAT, WITH MY DEATH PERHAPS IMMINENT, I MUST NOT TAKE A CHANCE BUYING AN UNRELIABLE USED CAR OR ONE WITH ANY NEGATIVE ASPECTS, BECAUSE I WANT TO BE SURE THAT MY WIFE OF 47 YEARS CANNOT BE LEFT BEHIND WHEN I DIE WITH AN UNAFFORDABLE PROBLEMATIC USED CAR! LET'S SEE WHETHER NATTY CAN CARINGLY AND PATRIOTICLY BLESS ME, A RETIRED MINISTER AND HEALTHCARE CHAPLAIN, BY ALLOWINGLY ME TO DIE IN PEACE RATHER THAN TROUBLED OVER MY WIFE MARGARET WHEN I GO AND CAN NO LONGER FINACIALLY TAKE CARE OF HER. Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of RochesterReviews
Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Rochester review
I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
I love mine. I bought it on color Only. Not disappointed other then it could have more pep in its step. It is fun to drive and gets stares from people as it is green/yellow and really pops Green/yellow is best. Gree

North End Motors review
I worked with Manny to purchase a used car. He was very friendly, went with me to get it inspected before purchasing, and did not try to add in any extra fees that I did not need. Very honest guy! I would come back to him again to buy a car.
