Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

Harold Herandez greeted me as I drove my car into service area. Harold was very courteous and Professional he asked the reason for my visit. I explained I was in for oil change and tire rotation. He checked my tires and my wipers also. We went inside he took all the particulars. I left dealership about one hour later Harold suggested I needed a few other services on car. I declined. He texted me when my car was ready. He had my paperwork ready walked me over to cashier. Then I was on my way. Harold was very efficient and respectful. Your service department is fortunate to have Harold. They were short staffed that day. I think it was only Harold and Dana the service manager I believe. Dana was also very courteous, respectful and professional. Thank you.

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown review
I recently had my 2017 white Hyundai Tucson painted due to peeling in two small areas. Jeff, a service representative at Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown, was excellent in helping me. He brought me to the rental desk for a car. Jeff also kept me informed as to when my painting was completed. It took a little over 2 weeks. Any question I asked him of Jeff he gladly answered for me. I would highly recommend working with Jeff. Harriet Wasser

First Hyundai review
Great experience - had the car I wanted- set up appointment to test drive-salesman Derek was available as soon as I walked in - Derek had answers to all my questions - price was competitive and we finished deal from start to finish in about an hour. Follow up phone calls were returned without delay. I'd definitely return for my next car needs.

Torrington Hyundai review
By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Highly recommend Hyundai of Torrington. Mike H. was very straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. After visiting multiple Hyundai dealerships we definitely found the best in CT from beginning to end. Thank you Hyundai Torrington!
