very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

Shamrock MotorsReviews
Shamrock Motors review
Thank you so much (Charlie) for helping my husband and I purchase the vehicle we always wanted. I saw how you went above and beyond to get us out of our current loan and always with a smile on and very positive. You kept following up with us several times throughout the day. People like to hear that. You gave us options and hustled for us. Honestly, even if the deal wouldn’t have gone through, I would have been happy because you really tried. I never thought the deal would have gone through because of our credit issues from two years ago and everything but you made it possible. I look forward to working with you again on our next vehicle. I will definitely continue to buy here and I will always recommend you as a sales person. I can continue to say nice things about Shamrock and hope they knows they have a great employee. The Wrangler is absolutely awesome and the modifications are subtle but awesome.

Harold Herandez greeted me as I drove my car into service area. Harold was very courteous and Professional he asked the reason for my visit. I explained I was in for oil change and tire rotation. He checked my tires and my wipers also. We went inside he took all the particulars. I left dealership about one hour later Harold suggested I needed a few other services on car. I declined. He texted me when my car was ready. He had my paperwork ready walked me over to cashier. Then I was on my way. Harold was very efficient and respectful. Your service department is fortunate to have Harold. They were short staffed that day. I think it was only Harold and Dana the service manager I believe. Dana was also very courteous, respectful and professional. Thank you.

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Torrington Hyundai review
Great place to buy. I’ve bought 10 cars. Best experience I’ve ever had. Jon, Mike, and Jim were awesome!! Bought a new Elantra and the service is great too!
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Torrington Hyundai review
By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Highly recommend Hyundai of Torrington. Mike H. was very straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. After visiting multiple Hyundai dealerships we definitely found the best in CT from beginning to end. Thank you Hyundai Torrington!
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
I was the original owner of this car and it was an amazing vehicle. Was my favorite vehicle I have ever had! My needs changed so I moved onto something different. This car was very loved and very much taken care of and whoever buys this, is getting one heck of a vehicle!

Torrington Hyundai review
Josh in sales did a great job with follow up and found the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Mike in finance found me a bank with a good interest rate, which is hard to do these days. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the whole buying experience enjoyable.
2024 Hyundai PALISADE review
love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior. When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Meriden HyundaiReviews
Meriden Hyundai review
We went to Meriden Hyundai because I saw a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe there on cars.com. We went on a Monday. There, we met Tommy Ortiz. He thought that this car was sold. We test drove a new one, but unfortunately wasn't in our budget. He then informed us that the Santa Fe I wanted to see was still there, but needed some detailing. We went back on Wednesday. We took the SUV for a ride. I loved it and so did my husband. We sat down with Tommy, exchanged a few numbers and we said yes. Signed some papers, put a downpayment and it was easy. We went back on Friday and picked up the Santa Fe and it looked awesome! I am very happy now with my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe!! I would recommend the dealership, very professional. Tommy was great - never pushy, just mild-mannered, relaxed and told us the truth about the SUV. He was great!! My experience with Meriden Hyundai was awesome!! Thanks so much! Sandy & Chic
