We had the best experience with Brett and Rick at Duval Ford. The level of patience and understanding was out of this world. We were looking for very specific features on our new Bronco and Brett did not give up until he found it! Their time, patience, and level of care was very unexpected, but they have made two customers for life! Thank you guys so much! 💖

Bozard FordReviews
Bozard Ford review
I previously purchased a vehicle from Bozard in 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I also really appreciate they do not have any dealer markups or addendums on their vehicles! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Ricky! I will definitely be back again for my next vehicle!!

The service that I received was great. My service advisor Patrick Selden Jr. was very professional and courteous. Mr. Selden Jr. made sure to keep me updated about my vehicle. He was very thorough when going over the paperwork. Mr. Selden Jr. receives a 5 out of 5 stars equivalent to 100% . It is a pleasure doing business with Lexus of Orange Park.

CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.
2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

I worked with Deni and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly and professionally. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and the process is quick and honest.
2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

On a scale of 1 to 10 our sales person Dennis & his assistant, Sydnie Ward, are 11s. From the moment we walked through the door until we drove home with our new Chevy Trax, they answered every question we had and treated us like gold. Additionally, even after our purchase, Sydnie met with my wife and I the next day to educate us on all of the car's technology, help us set up our phones in conjunction with the car's system and went over and beyond ensuring we were comfortable with everything! 5 STARS +++++

I bought a used Kona from salesman Chris Strata. He was highly professional and upfront with this transaction. After the sale, I had a small problem with the car and he went out of his way to help me. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car.

We have 24,000 miles on our 2025 Hybrid Santa Fe. We have had no problems with this vehicle. It is comfortable, roomy, and very fuel efficient. We get between 35 and 40 mpg depending on driving conditions. Great visibility, handling, and good ergonomics. All around great car for the money.
