Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
Oh my. What a wonderful experience! Shane B. and Abby F. were nothing short of amazing. I had no idea what a wonderful dealership Willet Honda in Morrow is. I literally was financed and my new CRV was detailed in about an hour and a half . Even the gentleman in charge of the detail shop was high fiving me. Trust me folks, look no further. I'm a Willet Honda customer for life.
Salespersons very knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right vehicle to meet my needs. The information on the web site was up to date and helpful in looking ahead of time. Salespersons pleasant to work with, and financial arrangements met with ease. Will recommend family and friends looking for a vehicle to definitely check them out for comparison.

Lucas Walls is the most customer 1st person I have ever met. There was a slight accident with my car. When I went to pick it up I had a question about my contract. The finance person was busy, one of the salesman was trying to help me. Lucas came and took over for him. When he found out about my car he went above and beyond the norm. He really is concerned about his customers. The whole team there is awesome. Lucas is the living example of treat others as you want to be treated. Southtowne is my dealership for life thanks to Lucas.

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

Lucas is the best.. period! He's involved, He's committed, and he is an all around great person. If you're thinking about buying anywhere else, don't. My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle.
