2014 Hyundai TUCSON review
Bought this car CPO with 30,000 miles for $18,500. Excellent deal! Car now has 72,000 miles, only have replaced tires. Maintain this vehicle myself. All fluids and filters are easy to change. Using only premium fuel (not required) and the most expensive fluids/filters available, I average 25 MPG city/hwy. 28MPG average on long highway drives. Trunk is small, but this is a compact SUV after all. Suspension may be stiff for your liking, but handling is impressively athletic for this class. Luxury details are impressive for the class. My fully loaded Limited AWD has navigation, Bluetooth, panoramic roof, REAL leather, heated seats, keyless drive, and more. Would buy again!

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Though I purchased it at Crown Kia. Luke and Justin was nice to let me test drive the Tuscan there bc I did not like Crown Hyundai worker there. They brought over the car and provided all my mandatories I want in car. No pressure on any other car brands.
