Keyes Hyundai of Mission HillsReviews
Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
The Amazing Positive Experiences I have received in 2026 by the KEYES MISSION HILLS HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT have made me rethink what Quality in Service Truly Is and Should Be at Automotive Dealerships Nationwide. Most of the time, we are all provided reasons why you should never use the service dept at a dealership...High Prices, etc. Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai has completely redefined what Excellence in a Service Department is and Should Always Be. From the smallest of requests to a Full List of Warranty and non-Warranty repairs, the Service team of HOVIK and JAIME have consistantly went Above and Beyond that of ANY automotive service group I have EVER experienced in my lifetime. Issue after issue was handled with Courtesy and Professionalism and at a Very Fair Price. I say all of this and I do not live in California. I Live In Kansas City, Missouri. As a Long-Distant Customer (Father) who has never stepped foot in this dealership, this Service Department treated me (And my California-Based Daughter) with the Utmost Respect and Dignity. Thank You Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai for your Dedication To Excellence!
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Keyes Hyundai of Mission HillsReviews
Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
I had a great experience at Mission Hills Hyundai! The dealership is new, clean, and modern, and the service was fast and efficient from start to finish. The entire service team was great, but I want to give a special shoutout to Ian Archer. A friend recommended that I specifically ask for him, and I’m so glad I did. Ian genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs, recommended maintenance, and what needed to be done to keep my vehicle in good condition. I felt confident that my car was in good hands throughout the entire process. We even purchased another Hyundai Kona, and I will definitely be bringing both vehicles to Mission Hills Hyundai for future service and maintenance. Although Hyundai Van Nuys is closer to our home, I prefer Mission Hills Hyundai because of the customer service experience. Unfortunately, my past experiences at Van Nuys left me feeling that the service advisors were rather cold toward customers and sometimes recommended additional services that didn’t seem necessary or were not yet called for in the vehicle’s maintenance schedule. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Ian is an excellent example of that. If you need service or maintenance for your Hyundai, I highly recommend Mission Hills Hyundai and strongly encourage you to ask for Ian Archer. He will take the time to explain things clearly and make you feel that your vehicle is truly in good hands!

Keyes Hyundai of Mission HillsReviews
Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills review
5 Stars for Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills I recently brought my 2021 Hyundai Elantra to Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills after having ongoing problems following an engine replacement performed at another Hyundai dealership. I came in because of a rattling noise and excessive vibration from the engine compartment. What impressed me immediately was that the Mission Hills team actually took the time to diagnose the problem rather than simply guessing at it. They found excessive play in the engine mount, determined that it was causing the excessive vibration, and replaced the engine support/mount under Hyundai warranty at no charge to me. The repair corrected the problem. I was especially happy to discover that several people I knew from Parkway Hyundai are now working at Mission Hills. I had worked with some of these people previously, and it was great to see familiar faces who treated me like a customer rather than just another repair order. Their inspection also uncovered several other issues that concern me following the previous engine replacement, including oil leaks, a previously repaired engine-harness/throttle-body connector, transmission cooler hose concerns, and missing underbody components. Mission Hills documented these conditions with photographs and provided me with a detailed inspection report. Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Hyundai Valencia has been very different. After the engine replacement there, I experienced a series of problems and ultimately brought the car back because of the vibration and rattling. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis or the customer service I received there. Another mechanic pointed me toward the motor mount, and Mission Hills subsequently confirmed excessive play in that mount and repaired it under warranty. I’m not claiming that every issue Mission Hills found was caused by AutoNation—the cause of those individual conditions still needs to be determined. But after seeing what Mission Hills documented, I have serious concerns about the quality of the previous work and how my subsequent complaints were handled. The difference in customer service was night and day. Thank you to Ian Archer, the technician, and the Mission Hills Hyundai service team for taking my concerns seriously, properly diagnosing the vibration, documenting what they found, and getting the warranty repair handled immediately. This is the kind of service I expect from a Hyundai dealership. Mission Hills Hyundai earned my future service business. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Ian the service advisor and Hoveck the Service Manger. They have my business from now on. The AutoNation service manager said he was too busy to address my concerns and to come back tomorrow . Bad move Philip Salas !

Hyundai Santa Monica review
Matt Sepahpur is a fantastic sales rep at the Santa Monica dealership - he is intelligent, honest, made the purchase easy, was able to tackle all queries my husband and I had, responsive and knowledgeable. After shopping around at various car dealerships in Santa Monica, it was a refreshing and unique experience at Hyundai. Matt played a critical role in making a decision to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. He is definitely a model employee!

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

We have been getting our Hondas serviced at Right Honda since around 2004. Our service advisor, Alan McKenna, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly. Their service facility is always clean and spotless and all the people there are very friendly. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car or getting their Honda serviced.

Mission Viejo Kia review
Mission Viejo Kia was great. Mike was awesome and got me in the Kia Forte that I wanted. He was super helpful going over everything with me. I was never pressured in getting anything I didn't want. Going through the process of buying a new car can be stressful but I didn't feel that here. I appreciated their help.

Westlake HyundaiReviews
Westlake Hyundai review
I’ve just gotten my first car and am SO glad that I came to Westlake Hyundai. My parents have been in the car business for many years, so I have of course heard just about every horror story there is about buying a car. My experience was amazing! Everyone is beyond welcoming and helpful. Eric and Carinsa made the process incredibly quick, smooth, and painless; and James was so kind as to walk me through the features of my vehicle. We practically signed and were on our way! Everyone here at Westlake Hyundai have definitely made me comfortable and excited as a new driver. I will always be a customer, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I love my new Elantra <3
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

They were honest, above 100 honesty. I went to Hyundai of Camarillo or Oxnard a year before to service my 2013 Sonata Hybrid and they tried to scr... me with the warranty. When I heard from Westlake people how much coverage I HAVE FOR THE NEXT 70k miles or 3 more years they make my day. Never going back or recommend Hyundai of Oxnard/Camarillo AGAIN!
