Used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON for sale near Haskell, AR

I came in to get my vehicle checked for an electrical problem. The service writer was a new employee. I have a service contract and thought that my visit would be connected to the service contract instead I was quoted a $185 service diagnostic fee and advised that I needed a $500 battery Long story short I feel that as a courtesy a free battery check should have been the initial check then given the option of going further to see if there was a more severe problem. The service writer did adjust the diagnostic fee I ended up going to another facility to complete the service. I felt that there was an overcharge for this situation. Hopefully if there is a future service need I will get a service writer that exemplifies helping the customer in a more sensitive manner. This is just a suggestion for a better customer experience.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Treated very well. The repairs were done in a timely manner. The service employee was very polite. Some of the employees were students and graduates of Mills university study high school

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

The service department was fast, friendly and very competitively priced . My car was also cleaned without having to ask. The store is fantastic and super friendly

Found and fixed all issues on the car. In addition I bought a dodge pickup from Eric Hogan. He is such a pleasure to work with. All service is excellent.

We bought car practicing do social distancing because of covid-19 they brought car to our house to test drive and was able to do all paper work from home

We stopped by a couple days earlier looking for a used car. Mike McDaniel was the salesman that talked it over with us. He did not push a new car on us but talked to us on the surprising quality of Hyundai vehicles, took his time even though we were not buying that day. Two days later we came back to him with a different perspective and we bought a new car. He worked well with us, helped us get the best deal possible and was not pushy! A great overall experience!
