We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation.
