Greyson was my primary point of contact for the internet sales portion, and Hailey assisted me with the test drive and initial admin. Parker, the Finance Manager, was ruthlessly efficient and knowledgeable with the final paperwork. Of all of the dealerships I interacted with during this purchase, AutoNation Hyundai was THE ONLY ONE that provided a written offer before I arrived to the dealership. The offer quote was well BELOW any other dealership. The actual vehicle I purchased was at another dealer's lot, and AutoNation Hyundai retrieved it, detailed it, and drove it down to San Diego for me. This is top-notch service! It is simple - buyers like me do extensive online research, we look at market value across dealers, and we are not interested in high pressure emotional appeals at the dealership. We want a quality vehicle at a fair market value. AutoNation Hyundai Carlsbad did exactly that!

2024 Hyundai TUCSON Plug-In Hybrid review
I love so many things about this car. I have owned may cars in my 45+ years as a driver and this is my favorite. I love the plug-in feature as my typical drive is stoplight to stoplight. I can go for months without putting gas in the rank, and plugging in to my home power to charge the car has not affected my power bill at all. My folks were in a bad wreck this summer in their 2024 Tucson plug-in, and they walked away with fairly minor injuries despite being plowed into by a large produce truck traveling in excess of 55 mph while Mom and Dad were at a standstill on the highway. That just reinforced my love for this car.

Laguna Niguel Hyundai had a 2016 Accord Sport w/ manual transmission they were still prepping for sale. I reached out to the dealership and Mia took pictures for me which she texted. Immediate, friendly and professional. Upon arrival, Mia was busy with another customer and had Alicia take care of me. The whole experience was delightful. I am not kidding! Alicia was awesome and took excellent care of me as we went through what can typically be an arduous process. Raul was our middle man to negotiate on my behalf and went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park. Finally, signing the paperwork with Max went smooth as silk. Everyone at the dealership was personable, a joy to engage with, and made me feel elated to be buying a car from them. I feel like I made four new friends! I joked with Alicia after she told me she has sold cars to relatives, to treat me like family and that is exactly how it felt. This sales team did everything absolutely right. Who thought buying a car could be an uplifting experience. It absolutely was, and I cannot do justice with my words to thank Mia, Alicia, Raul and Max, as well as the dealership for how well they took care of me!
