It took longer to work through the paperwork than it did to purchase the car. I knew what I wanted and it took only to determine the price and pick out a car. Total time required, about 2 hours. How can you rate "Quality of Repairs" on the purchase of a new car. STUPID QUESTION and I can't complete review without saying something.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Very professional and great prices. I definitely recommend for the place to go for a low stress car deal. Everyone was very friendly and plenty of inventory to choose from.

Service response is excellent. However, customer parking is awful, making it very difficult to get into the dealership.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Our car is excellent and fit our needs perfectly. Great service, fair price, and we found the service people professional, friendly and extremely well trained. When we are ready we will return to purchase our next quality pre-owned vehicle.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I have been with Lou Fusz Kia for a while. The guys behind the scene that perform all repairs are so unique and amazing. They are worth visiting for repair work. I miss Sam frome the service dept. He is with collision now. Kevin and Andy are always a good face to see when I come. My MVP this time goes to Zack!!! Zack has once again amazed me! Thanks guys!

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

I drove in without an appointment as my engine was overheating and I didn't know why. I was promptly met by Mr. Enright who took excellent care of myself and my car. He arranged for me to get a ride to my appointment, and told me it would most likely take several days. He called as soon as he had information to share about my car that evening and it helped knowing it was under warranty still It was a very very good experience, and I recommend you all highly!

When purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership > 100 miles away, there are many phone discussions prior to the actual visit. We got all of our questions answered and our priorities set 2 days before the visit to the dealership. Joe honored all of the conditions that we had discussed previously and provided an efficient car buying experience. We went from initial test drive to driving away in our new Volvo in ~ 3 hours. Also they adhered to current COVID restrictions throughout the dealership

My wife and I purchased the 2021 Hyundai, Palisade, Calligraphy and just love it. We normally purchase new vehicles and enjoy the idea of purchasing new. When we contacted our friend from a Hyundai dealership, she was able to locate the vehicle that we wanted. Since we was in Arizona due to our son had open heart surgery we decided to purchase this vehicle and drive it back to our home in Alaska which was a 4000 mile drive. We had such an amazing drive that was not only beautiful but driving the Palisade was amazing. It seemed to be able to drive itself. I have driven the Alaska Highway many times and with various vehicles but this was an amazingly smooth ride all the way. We have also owned a Hyundai Geneses but I like the Palisade much better because of the space and comfort of the Palisade. I would recommend this vehicle to all of my friends.

I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Wonderful experience. We entered the dealership and luck took us to Danny Skipper, who turned out to be an amazing guy. He was very professional and diligent. He took and returned our calls promptly. We were expecting our car sometime in February but we were pleasantly surprised the car came about three week earlier. Danny is a great guy.

We love our SEL RWD. It's quiet, comfortable, roomy and quite fun to drive. I am also really pleased with the interior and exterior design although I know that is subjective. Economy has been fantastic as well as we're getting close to 4 miles per kwh in mixed driving. Small niggles would be lack of wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay (easily remedied with an adapter and I do believe Hyundai is adding this for future models), no memory seats and no automatic wipers in the SEL trim and only USB-A ports. Otherwise this is a smartly designed EV that is so far great too use.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

My suv is too new it’s a 23 Santa Fe to list yet this is my second car from Hyundai the first one I had 10 yrs the Elantra great only had maintenance and little stuff it was a great car I am hoping the same with this one!!

I bought a 2023 Santa Fe Limited to drive around DFW, and I am very pleased with the vehicle. The doors open wide, making it easy to enter and exit. The leather seats are very comfortable. The ride is quiet, smooth, and comfortable, and has an excellentsound system. I'm getting 25.8 mpg, but I don't have a heavy foot. The vehicle has all the bells, whistles, and features except for the head-up display. Everything is very easy to learn how to use, and works great to make driving easy, comfortable, and fun. My GEICO insurance rate on the new Santa Fe is lower than on my 2018 Malibu. It's a very affordable and comfortable ride. The interior in terms of both appearance and quality is outstanding. Considering all costs and the quality of the vehicle and the ride, the Santa Fe Limited is perhaps the best value for the money in the new car market. I am very pleased and very proud of this car as I drive it around. I fully recommend it.

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

Very comfortable. Plenty of room for people and belongings. Super stylish. Incredible features. Phone charger on every seat. Folding seats to accommodate large items. Highly recommended.

The Palisade has far exceeded my expectations. The 3rd row seating is spacious enough for an adult to travel in comfort. The Palisade SEL is loaded with all the bells and whistles you would find in a luxury vehicle for a fraction of the price.

I love the car but it makes a load wisling noise on the passenger window They keep saying there is a recall, but nothing yet after almost a year.

Sometimes difficult to get return calls. 2nd key fob is often not available and is not guaranteed after the sale. Prices are decent for a no-haggle experience.

Very satisfied with my purchase of 2021 Elantra. The gas milage is great and the standard features for the base model nets complements from many.

I googled best 2021 SUV & up came the Palisade! So happy I checked it out & purchased mine! I love all the user friendly features, the ease of driving & the comfort! I purchased the Calligraphy.
