I did not fine a car on Cars.com, however when I went to the dealership they had a vehicle that was just turned in. the car had several issues in which the dealer was willing to correct. I should pick the vehicle up on Friday 10 Jan 2014.
I recently bought my second vehicle from Eastern Shore Hyundai. I worked with a awesome sales rep Santiago and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was able to get the vehicle I needed at a fair price. Carl, the sales manager was also fabulous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative I can say is I felt very pressured and unnerved by the paperwork / finance gentleman to purchase some add on's I wasn't planning on which made my note go higher than I really wanted. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased.
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. Had to bring my car in to have a seat switch repaired and while there they noticed a recall on the car which they fixed in a very timely manner so that I wouldn't have to schedule to come back in.
