“Great Buying Experience”
My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.
Both Mike jernigan and Romeo singer were very professional and courteous. Had a positive buying experience. We are both retired on a fixed income. They were willing to work with us to get the deal done. Always pleasant. Excellent customer service. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the near future. I highly recommend this dealership.
I've been to about 20 different Chevorlet dealerships. This is by far the best one! They absolutely make you feel comfortable and not pressured in anyway, they very knowledgeable and professional. Leaving the dealership with the car I left with felt like a steal of a deal. This also was the most smooth, least time consuming car buy I have done out of the six buys I've done. I highly recommend this dealership as a number one choose.
Just want to give a shout out to the team at Gosch Hyundai in the Hemet Auto Mall. They went above and beyond to get us into a new Hyundai Elantra. The whole team, David, Dale, A.J. were very friendly with no pressure sales. They got us a really good deal, explained everything about the financing and the vehicle very well. I HIGHLY recommend them if your looking for a new or used vehicle. "TWO THUMBS UP"
Have owned Hyundai's for 20 years. Had them serviced at Escondido Hyundai until their entire service team turned over and service was worse than horrible. So now I drive from Escondido to Temecula Hyundai and the last service on my 2014 Sonata Hybrid was a very pleasant experience. Steve Enrique's was my service consultant and took care of everything. We are a Hyundai family and will take our cars to Steve in Temecula.

I have purchase the extended warranty and service contract through Hyundai. I live in Escondido and purchase 3 Hyundais in Escondido. Last 2 times I was at Edcondido service dept was just horrible! They lied to me and was very rude. I would not go back again to Edcondido. When i came to Temecula, Steve was very courteous and very knowledgable. He address my hybrid failure, and took care the rental. Everyone at the service dept was exeptional. I will be their customer for life:)
Initially, I was undecided about a new vehicle purchase. James Creguer provided me with an abundance of specific information regarding each model I was interested in. I was finally able to make an educated decision and purchase the hybrid that was right for me! Thank you James for going above and beyond! I am thrilled to own a 2018 Hyundai hybrid!
I was helped by Keith and he was absolutely amazing!! He helped me with everything and made sure I???d get the best deal possible I was comfortable with. He took his time and educated me on the car I was getting into. Next car I buy will be with him only incredible salesman

My husband & I visit the dealership just to check out the new Santa Fe Ultimate car. We are so impressed how great this car is. It has all the bells and whistles that Genesis has. This is the 3rd time we purchased car in your dealership.
When I walked in service at acura, I saw a guy helping an elderly woman with her vehicle, it was one of the old vehicles. She was so happy leaving the place and I told myself, I should go talk to that guy and get some good service. Not knowing who he was or his job title. I talked to him and explained my situation. Im a busy mom with 4 kids, I went there looking a mess! To be honest, people judge you on how you look at other dealerships. He was still helpful. I am so happy with the the excellent customer service I received from Julio (Service Manager) I had problems with my SUV and he went out of his way to try and help as much as possible. He was honest and straightforward with every questions I asked him. I strongly recommend people to buy their vehicles here. They work with you and they have the best customer service!!
Our Sales Consultant was Rob Gillen. Great experience with Rob, knowledgeable, helpful and a good listener. Everyone we met at the Dealership was great. Quality experience.
