Lots of engine trouble, lots of money out of pocket, lots of love for my Tucson. 2018 Tucson bought used with 15K miles on it. Perfect ride, great in wet weather, AC kicks butt, I’m in South Texas, feels safe, I totaled a 2016 previously and came out unscathed. The only thing that’s been negative is the fact that I’m on the third engine. Lol. The Gemma engines had issues with debris from the cam shaft staying in the engine and I had a blockage in the OG engine that led to overheating issues and eventually warped the block. Didn’t know about the engine issue and just bought a new motor. After about 6 months the second motor, used from a wrecked Tucson, threw a rod and blew up due to debris killing a bearing. Found out about engine issues and bought a resurfaced and rebuilt engine and it’s smooth sailing again. I ride this car hard and it answers the call day in and day out.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

So nice! Did just what they said they would do. Car was only there a few hours. I will go back to Bentonville lot from now on. Much nicer and effecient than Fayetteville lot.

My concern is a report on ABC Good Morning America today that certain Hyundai and KIA autos are are easily stolen because the factory left a device off that will eliminate ease of theft. Some insurance companies are refusing insurance coverage on subject autos. Our 2016 Hyundai Tucson SUV Turbo is very well appointed so we need to know if it may need an added device,

I wrote a negative review a few days ago. Must say, the dealership made up for a simple mistake the service department made. Went off on salesman, Nigel Treat. Did not deserve the negative statements. Nigel will go beyond expectations to make sure all is good. I apologize and appreciate ya'll putting up with a grumpy old man.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

So many standard features we were used to paying extra for. Chose the SEL AWD trim pkg w/ roof cross bars. Very comfortable and reliable CUV. Ample storage and great line of sight and the standard heated seats and remote start from my phone makes for warm winter mornings in the NY Adirondack Park. It's the 1st Tucson we've had & 1st Hyundai, but not the last. Build quality, reliability, host of std features we used to pay additional for, and driver's comfort. Sharp looking exterior and great use of quality materials inside as well. Only thing I would change is beep volume after remote locking and adding additional mpg. We leased because it was our 1st, but that's history. Hyundai has shown us that $30K gets you a great CUV that's roomy, reliable, stylish, fun to drive in Sport mode, and a overall practical vehicle that's not afraid of different types of weather. We've been to FL twice and Maine 3x since May '21, & are driving back to FL in 3wks for another semi-annual 10-day holiday with it. Road trips aren't tireding and the standard power lumber support is a contributing factor as well as are the 8-way power seat. Audio system is paired with Android Auto easily and creates endless audio options and navigation. What else does one truly need for a vehicle when you become empty nesters. I still drive a AWD sedan and enjoy it very much, waiting for Hyundai to offer AWD on the Sonata so both of our vehicles will come from the same location and manufacturer. May have to consider the K5 if the Sonata doesn't add by '24MY.

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

Superior Nissan in Fayetteville provided an excellent buying experience. I negotiated trade, down, and financing prior to making the trip from Cabot. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. They provided a review of the vehicle, and offered to answer any questions. Signing financials was a breeze, and I was out before lunch, and back on the road.

Bought it with about 36k miles and I’m around 46k now with very little problems, good gas mileage, and good power for the price range. Had only minor issues like the seal on the front passenger window starting to have a small leak and a leak in the windshield wiper reservoir. But, there’s also a 50/50 chance that could’ve been from the previous owner.

I have purchased a couple of vehicles from here and have my service done here. Great customer service, great selection or new and used vehicles, great sales and service staff! I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your automotive needs!

My problem is without warning you lose power than the car goes super fast without warning than lose speed and can’t go over 25 does this on its own scary when it happens They need to look into this problem asap

I was fortunate enough to be able to buy this car when someone who ordered it a year prior was not able to get financing. I bought the limited trim which is incredibly luxurious and my other car is a BMW M440 convertible. It has virtually every feature of a high-end luxury car. It is incredibly quiet and surprisingly quick off the line. It doesn’t seem to get much in the way of publicity, but I find it to be a superior vehicle.

Ben Milford was my vehicle salesman and now he is with VW branch. As for service this time, asmdvisor was Chris and he did fine job.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Okay, so first, there was Jim. He was absolutely wonderful and so kind, however, he had to get his vaccination and handed me off to Jackson. Jackson is truly the reason I bought my car from this dealership. He was honest, not intimidating, kind and so knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me at all and genuinely wanted me to get the best deal possible. Scotty was also such a gem and so fun to work with. I was by myself, which can be so intimidating for a woman, but I was comfortable and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone! Such a positive experience.

I have a 2020 Sonata hybrid Limited, purchased eight weeks ago. I trade my Ionic hybrid, which I loved. The Sonata handles and rides like a high end auto. Very comfortable and quiet ride. Love the Bose radio. At present I am averaging 56.5 mpg., almost unbelievable for a car this size. I highly recommend the 2020 Sonata hybrid.

While I gave the vehicle some low ratings, let’s understand why. It’s a great vehicle with more bells and whistles than more expensive SUVs. However after 600 miles all the audio stopped working. While not having the radio, it affected Bluetooth, Siri etc. of more concern, the audio affects all of the safety feature warnings. It also affects heated seats, cooling seats, no wireless charging, no usb charging. The dealer tells me the fix is a new monitor that affects all of the forementioned. The problem is the part is on back order with no anticipated date of shipment.

I was looking to buy a new little car for myself and daughter, and I had no experience in this. I went to Superior in Siloam Springs, and was greeted by a nice young man, who's name is Chris Adair. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me cars and helping to pick out my little Ford Fiesta. (which my daughter and friends say is Groovy!!) My experience was very good, not really knowing anything about buying a new car. They walked me threw the process each step of the way. Could not have ask for a nicer experience. I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

Everyone was awesome from salesman to sales manager and even the finance manager!! The finance manager explained so much that I never even knew and helped me get the best deal (best part) and the most needed add ons

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!
