I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
First of all, we loved my experience with Mr. Joe Billones. The genuine and polite way he talks and communicates makes us feel very comfortable during the process. He is that kind of sales consultant that we would ever want to work with. We did a test drive with Joe, he was very funny and patient. He listens to us, knows what we want and doesn't make us feel pushy at all. The second day we went to another Lexus dealer for another test drive and we didn't enjoy the experience there at all, so we texted Joe back. He was very genuine and caring. He made the purchasing process easy and fast. Our experience with him was very pleasant and comfortable. Would 100% recommend Joe and Lexus to my friends.
Plus, I love my IS 300 F Sport. Feels like it's the perfect car and brand to me.

Jamie Hayes assisted us with our purchase. We weren't planning on a new car. We had a 2010 VW Jetta TDI. Fun. What's more fun? A 2014 Jetta TDI. Smoother shifting. Tighter hold to the road. No lack of power. Jamie walked the lot back and forth. No pressure. We had pizza served while our paperwork was done. Only comment, but not really a negative, is that sales AND management should spend more time learning every feature of the cars they sell. There was a bit of, "I'm new to VW", than I expected. Friendly and generally efficient. Ask for Jamie.
I got a call around 1pm today asking me to bring my 2016 Corolla in for a recall repair. I was a little worried, but Bob Martin in the service department made the process quick and easy for me. I was able to drop my car off around 330, and it was ready for pickup by 540.
Took my 2014 Tundra to get 55,000 mile service. The servce was accomplished in an hour. The service manager Mozie Alcorn did a super job as always to ensure the service was performed in a timely and effective way. I will continue my service appointments with this great dealership. Thank you!
I got the best service at the Toyota of Escondido. My service advisor, Antonio Santos, was extremely exceptional. Antonio Santos went above and beyond to make my visit easy. I received an oil change, got a car inspection, brake inspection, and I even got my car wash. Very quick service. Thank you, Antonio! This was 11/10 service and I will be sure to go back for my next visit. He is a phenomenal employee that deserves all the best.
