The atmosphere of the people were welcoming and we felt comfortable to be inside, the welcome was not a kind that you are pressured. They gave us straight to the point service and we really felt that they tried to help us. Especially with questions we didn't understand. Excellent Customer service. We went home with a great experience and a great SUV! Worth the trip! 😊 We rode the SUV for a long drive and it was great! Worth the purchase! I recommend this dealership.
Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

Came in for air filter and the quickness and the service was just great. I had stopped coming there because it was out of my way, but now I will have to figure out a way to start coming in more often. M
I went to look for a suv and Sid recommended Rav4. I test drove it and decided to go for it. The entire buying process with Sid was very smooth. I really enjoyed working with him as he went above and beyond to make this entire process easy and quick. I highly recommend Sid and toyota town of Stockton for being professional and for keeping costumer service as their first priority. Thank you all.
You listed AMG GTR on Cars.com @ $138,xxx. I emailed that if the price were correct, I'd take it. Your man said no, it's only an AMG GT, not an R.
I emailed back "thanks, but Im seeking an R. Well, I got emails about all your Mercs available. Got one from sales mgr, another from original internet salesman. I'm guessing they're all generated automatically by a program.
But None of them fit my situation and None even mentioned an R. A little more attention-to-detail would have been appreciated and maybe left me feeling ok, not like I was bombarded by meaningless emails with no connection to my original question. I even emailed back thanking your man for his time, but that I was only interested in an R.
The emails continued. Im not odd, crazy or even too particular. I own five vehicles and I'm not a "lot lizard" or dreamer. I just appreciate efficient business and felt I should point out these communication mistakes to you. (I know I'd appreciate it if someone did this about my business.) Thanks.
Took our car in bc I backed into a pole! The repair took longer than anticipated, so Sanborn rented a vehicle for us. They are always provide great customer service and their work is wonderful!
