2012 Chevrolet Equinox review
I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

We purchased a used f150 signed the paperwork and handed them a check. My wife started the vehicle to drive home to St Paul, but before she even put the truck in gear a great billow or smoke started coming from under the truck. All I could think is xxxx I'm screwed. It was late in the day so they assured us that if we left the truck they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. I got a call the next morning explaining that a defective hose was allowing oil to enter the intake causing the smoke. They ordered the part from ford, installed it and delivered the truck to our home in St Paul. I felt comfortable during the whole process. I may not have been treated this well at other dealerships. 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive. 2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

2015 Kia Sportage review
Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

2017 Nissan Sentra review
I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

2016 Subaru Legacy review
My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!

2016 Dodge Journey review
I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

2014 Dodge Avenger review
I have a 2013 SXT with Rallye appearance with 131,000 miles on it almost 3 years with it and I’m in love with it, where I leave we have an extremely hot weather reaching 52 Celsius during the summer, the AC is Icy cold 🥶, the cooling system has been surprisingly reliable for the weather we have, I only have done regularly oil changes, spark plugs, brakes and normal stuff nothing serious on it and I have drove it hardly and done many trips on it without any trouble, pretty comfortable and a great sound system mine has the Boston acoustics speakers and a sunroof, it has the 2.4 litter engine with a 6 speed automatic transmission and it’s just great is the third car we have at home with this engine and we really liked them and it has been a great engine for my family and I, even there are newer and more technologically advance cars this one has everything I need. Totally recommend it.

2014 Buick Encore review
I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

2018 Jeep Compass review
I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

We purchased a used f150 signed the paperwork and handed them a check. My wife started the vehicle to drive home to St Paul, but before she even put the truck in gear a great billow or smoke started coming from under the truck. All I could think is xxxx I'm screwed. It was late in the day so they assured us that if we left the truck they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. I got a call the next morning explaining that a defective hose was allowing oil to enter the intake causing the smoke. They ordered the part from ford, installed it and delivered the truck to our home in St Paul. I felt comfortable during the whole process. I may not have been treated this well at other dealerships. I wanted to thank all the folks involved with my 2023 Outback XT Touring from Jason the salesman Superior comminution and exceptional knowledge, Katherine the Sales manager that made the deal happen, Alisha in Finance with the paperwork quickly completed, the car detail staff getting the car looking factory fresh and everyone else getting the vehicle ready to go in less than a day for my turn around trip. This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive. 2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

2007 Chevrolet Avalanche review
I purchased my 2007 Avalanche in 2011 and am second owner. I absolutely love this truck and have taken excellent care of it the whole time. I bought it with 65000 miles on it and now have 250,000. Yes, I've replaced things and have been proactive in replacing other things that can go out like water pumps, alternators, etc...I absolutely trust this old girl to take me anywhere and any distance and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.
