The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

He kept me informed at every stage of the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He never rushed conversations, never dismissed questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. Most importantly, he advocated for me. There were moving parts involving warranty coverage, updates to the long block and turbos, and ensuring the vehicle was returned fully sorted and properly handled. Dan made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. I never felt like “just another ticket.” I felt like a valued client. Because of him, what could have been a negative ownership experience turned into something that reinforced my confidence in both INFINITI and the Roseville service department.
