Cyia was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ended up buying elsewhere at a dealership that was closer to me. It is not a reflection of anything the dealer did or didn't do. I spoke with Cyia and thanked him. He was very accepting and cordial.

Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

I took our Toyota 4Runner to the Toyota dealership for routine maintenance and my service advisor, Mr. Mike Bryan, provide us with outstanding customer service. Mr. Bryan is extremely efficient; knowledgeable; and is very thorough explaining any issues with our vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Bryan on vehicle maintenance issues. Thank you! INFINITI of Boerne review
Heather is a true gem as the salesperson who sold my dream car to me. The entire process was smooth, easy, effortless while sprinkled with respect and humor. The dealership's environment was almost zen like as voices were calm and salesmen walked with quiet intention, not stressed busyness. Even the financial officer was personable and relaxed. It was the best car buying experience I ever had plus I got a great deal. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a Cadillac 2011 DTS. Alicia was the sales person. 1. She provided excellent service. 2. She always answered the phone. Very important to me! 3. She was always very courteous, even when I was not. 4. She was extremely patient during the money transfer process. As a result I was able to purchase the vehicle. 5. The car was exceptionally clean. It ran very smoothly on the 1,600 mile trip to Colorado. I 6. I have been purchasing cars since 1962. Alicia is the best salesperson I have dealt with, bar none. 7. She was very efficient in getting the final paperwork (title, etc) to me in a timely manner. She even called to see if I received it. Very important!! Ronald R. Holland

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least.
