We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership. ROGER WALES. manager, was GREAT work with. Savannah greeted us at the door of the dealership, with a genuine smile and helpful nature. She was just a delightful young woman. (It was so nice not to be attcked in the parking lot by smarmy sales people, trying to grab you before you even get out of your car.) It was all so low key and relaxing. Savannah guided us to Roger and we chatted a bit. He was so warm and personable. Roger introduced us to Charles, who was equally charming. He showed us a couple of cars and mom who found the perfect pre-owned Infiniti. Just what she was looking for. Test drove it agreed on a price and boom, mom had her her. We were almost sad to leave, because it was such a GREAT experience. I know that sounds crazy, but truly, it was a wonderful experience. Someone else we would like to give a shoutout to for being so helpful also, is Velma. She was so very helpful, kind and caring towards my mom. What a gem this dealership has in her. She's a keeper. that's for sure. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new or pre-owned car, RUN, don't walk, to Infiniti in Peoria and thank me later.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.
