Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
2023 INFINITI QX60 review
It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Major engine work is never something a customer wants to go through. It can easily become stressful, uncertain, and frustrating. In this case, it was the exact opposite — because of Dan. From start to finish, Dan demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He never rushed conversations, never dismissed questions, and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. Most importantly, he advocated for me. There were moving parts involving warranty coverage, updates to the long block and turbos, and ensuring the vehicle was returned fully sorted and properly handled. Dan made sure everything was addressed thoroughly. I never felt like “just another ticket.” I felt like a valued client. Because of him, what could have been a negative ownership experience turned into something that reinforced my confidence in both INFINITI and the Roseville service department. My check engine light came on on my gently used Volkswagen Atlas RLine model, new to me, so I scheduled an appointment for service I laid for extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle I don't recall what all is covered I just know the engine and tranny was on there lol typical right. Overall,1 this dealership helped me find out what my warranty covered and found that I had an additional warranty that had not expired yet. End of story my catalytic converterer is bad and there for Tracy Volkswagin found out it is covered the ordered the part which is on back order, so now I'm waiting hoping it will arrive soon to get my baby fixed it's hard to find someone to work on these vehicles but when you have warranty and a great service dealership like Tracy Volkswagon with great customer service you wait could never go wrong. Thank you,
