The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Infinity of Norwood
I drive from RI to Infiniti of Norwood because the Service Dept is very professional, very competent and communicates throughout the service experience. (Infiniti of Norwood should educate my local dealer on what real Service should be to the customer)

Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. As a MA resident this dealership knew exactly how to acquire a MA title and registration without me putting in extra time and effort. Even after the sale was completed, Scott made sure that I was completely satisfied by checking in weeks later and by immediately answering a couple final questions that I had.
