Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

2019 INFINITI QX60 review
This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I liked the calm atmosphere and clean grounds! While I was only there to get a used car and not a van, all the Brians on staff were really nice. They treated me and my mom with kindness and made our experience the most pleasant ones I've had at a dealership. They even offered to pay for a replacement charger for the car I was buying after we found the previous owner hadn't included it in the trade in. Couldn't ask for anything better!

2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.
