Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.

This vehicle is really nice, spacious. It has a lot of power. One major downfall for me is, its a gas guzzler. It has lots of buttons and whistles and i still haven't had the chance to figure everything out.
I purchased a Nissan Xterra through this dealer, and I was completely impressed with the entire process. No hassles. Will do business with them again!

Bought it used from Enterprise w/20K miles. Great price! Simply love the luxury, performance, COMFORT and security of this vehicle. Probably my favorite vehicle in 30 years. Mileage is not bad at all - average btn 13-16 with mix of city and light highway. If it weren't for the lousy Long Island traffic it would be much better.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Met all of my need for reliability, comfort, affordability, And style. I like the way it drives and how safe I feel driving it. A great buy!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Lots of seating with all the luxury you could want for creature comforts. Smooth and silky ride with power and a true feeling of safety.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Love it! I bought slightly used and was able to afford a vehicle that I never thought I could afford. I love all of the safety features, and I feel very safe in it.
I know their service department is second to none and did a thorough job inspecting it so therefore it will be a reliable vehicle for my future. It is extremely comfortable and so beautiful too!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Exceptional interior! Highest level of detail I have seen. I purchased the Limited model and it is BEAUTIFUL! Performance is much better than I expected. It is a large vehicle so I recommend a longer test drive in your typical environment to ensure it matches your ability.
I had been putting off car shopping for a long time, as I was very intimidated by the process. I finally bit the bullet and decided to visit Subaru of Kings Auto Mall to look for a new vehicle. This was my first-ever car shopping experience and I genuinely could not have hoped for a better one. This car is such a pleasure to own. For a full size SUV it drives like a dream. The interior is lush and super spacious! The engine is super powerful too. Best vehicle ever!
I have always wanted this vehicle back when it was the QX56. Previously I owed a FX35. Well I finally bought my dream QX80. It has all t he bells and whistles I love in my cars plus some. I am 6' 3", 230 and it gives me all the leg room I need. I truly enjoy the 13 Bose speakers, navigation system and the Satellite radio. The safety features are out of "star wars"....stops the vehicle before I do in a projected critical traffic situation. The builders engineers thought up all most everything for this vehicle except City/Highway gas mileage. I really wish they had engineered the fuel burn to be close to 30 MPG as possible. 14.5 average hwy don't get it bro! They have to do better in that area. When they do, I will trade my 2015 in for a upgraded QX whatever number. Other then that you will truly enjoy this engineering marvel.
Love my 2015 QX80! Traded my 2015 MKT for it. Needed more room. Bought it used with low miles. Great on the highway. Only thing I wish it took regular unleaded.. But quite a comfortable ride and easy to handle on the road. My family loves it. Quite a classy vehicle.
The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car.
They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!

It rides so smooth! No engine noise, and it is beautiful! The kids love the tvs! People stop me at the gas station asking questions about it.
Dan my service advisor was fantastic. Although I live out of state and Infiniti of Cincinnati is not my primary dealer Dan took great care of me. I flew out of the Cincinnati airport for a 2 week trip to Europe. He arranged to pick up my QX80 at the airport and had it ready to go when I returned.

This is our second QX80. The overall technological improvements over our last are noticeable. One area of improvement would be to have more USB ports. Currently it only has one. Another area of Improvement would be the Infinity App. Most vehicles today have an app which allows you to start, run diagnostics schedule service etc...the current app from infinity is poor at best.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! This is second car we got from same dealer within 4 years. Thanks so much for everything you did for us, Frank!

Only negatives are it needs to be about one foot longer so there could be more storage space behind the back seats. Also, the way you have to remove part of the bumper to get to the trailer hitch stinks. If you pulled a trailer once a year it would be bad enough but I pull one about once a week and it is a pain to have to take off and put back on.
