Fantastic experience from this Dealership. They have the best inventory in all of Indianapolis. Their cars are always clean with low miles and very unique specs you can’t find anywhere else!
2003 INFINITI G35 review
Was a great "date night" car. Very fun to drive and worth every penny! If it were better in the winter, I'd buy another in a heartbeat!

2005 INFINITI G35 review
Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.

Sam had a nice Audi midsize out front that was just what I was looking for! He helped make sure the car stayed in great shape and went above and beyond to find the right car for me. A reasonable business owner with thirteen years of experience. I’m grateful!

Besides regular maintenance and wear and tear part replacements...the reliability, performance (it's fast) and comfort are incredible. Owned it for 2-1/2 years now, love it.

INFINITI of Orland Park review
Christine did an excellent job getting the repairs completed. Car runs well. Only complaint -- scratches on the right front fender.
2003 INFINITI G35 review
The car, looking oh so good on the outside of it, is all that it seems. It's clean, comfy, and really reliable. It has good mileage, good looks, is comfy, and is good overall. The one I have has a modified screen that looks like it was a part of the original car. However, the only complaint I have is that it's really loud. If you want a quieter car, I suggest getting new mufflers. If you're fine with it, it's good otherwise!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. Each time I've interacted with an agent or customer service it's been very good!!
2003 INFINITI G35 review
I would say I’m probably the 4th or 5th owner of this car. My cousin got it from some guy and then gifted it to me. I got it at about 130k and it’s now approaching the 230k mark. This car burns through oil quick, so you have to make sure to check your oil frequently. I did have some rust issues with the muffler so that had to be replaced. The transmission finally started giving off a burnt smell so that might be a sign it’s dying. It’s almost 20 years old but still extremely reliable. The interior is outdated and falling apart (cousin was a construction worker and didn’t clean the interior all that well) but still runs great. Great acceleration too, that’s probably my favorite part about the car.
