On Oct 19, 2017, my husband and I walked into Suburban Infiniti of Novi, the sales rep, Mr. Savotte' Biddle asked, "can I help you" I explained to Mr. Biddle, what we are looking for, Mr. Biddle said "I been off sick for a couple of days, I don't know what we have in stock, have a sit in the waiting area. Well, believe it or not, Mr. Biddle walked by and said" someone is checking it for you" My husband and I thought about it, after sitting in the waiting area for approx 15 minutes, why didn't he take us in the office, because there's no one in here. By the time we get up to approach the waiting area, Mr. Ken Trimiew and his manager approached us. I explained to the both of them what happened, the unprofessionalism Mr. Biddle displayed and my husband are I are leaving and taking our business some place else, because we have bought cars before , time and time again, and always taken to a rep office. Mr. Ken Trimiew and the manager was very apologetic . Mr. Ken Trimiew said "please don't leave come in my office let me help you". The personality and the professionalism Mr. Ken Trimiew represented was remarkable. He was one of the best sales rep I have ever seen. He took his time, explained ever step. showed us what we were looking for and other cars he thought we would like. This rep can play on my team any day and we will always win. So thank you Mr. Ken Trimiew for your courtesy and hospitality. Good luck to Surburban of Infiniti Novi, to have such a wonderful team player as Mr. Ken Trimiew.
