As always, the service staff at Volvo Walnut creek were helpful, friendly, and very efficient. I was kept up to date on the progress of the service and repairs. Picking my car up took less than 5 minutes from the moment I arrived at the dealership. Perhaps, more important than time -- the process felt very safe. Staff were very respectful of social distancing, sanitizing, and wearing masks.

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

As usual, the drop off was easy, my service advisor was great, my service was completed in a timely fashion, and it was returned clean!

After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Had wonderful purchasing experience with Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and features. Took time to fully explain all features, introduced me to general manager, sales manager and staff. Worked to get the best deal for me. Would highly recommend him along with this agency.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

It was a simple process! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! No back and forth just straight forward negotiation and close. Took less than half the time it has taken in the past to buy a car. This is the way it should be!! Thank you!!

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Our sales consultant, Anthony Meadows, was absolutely amazing and hands down provided the best experience we've had when purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely attentive to our needs, responded to our text messages regardless of time or day, and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I never felt rushed with Anthony and he even took the time to assist us with installing load bars on the roof of the vehicle. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.
