Entire staff in the service department is always great. Always feels like a family environment, in turn making it a comfortable experience for the customer. Extremely knowledgeable service advisors and technicians.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Had the car/s that I was interested in, with prices clearly marked and good information on the web sight for each car. Sales people seemed to be knowledgeable about the cars in inventory. Sales people still have to go back and forth to the Mgr to complete the deal. (Kind of 70'/80's process culture). They push the extra add on items, i.e., protection packages. All in all though, I would purchase another car from Brown's if/when the time comes and they had what I was looking for.
We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!
