Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.
There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. "Dealer" in definition is the only similarity between Sky Motors and anywhere else.. this is people helping people get what they want. Brett, Justin and the entire team - Thank you!! I was an out-of-state buyer and literally the customer service and the transaction could not have been any better whatsoever . I purchased this car from Oklahoma having no knowledge of this dealership, and cannot see how they could have improved on absolutely anything throughout the entire process., impressive based upon my past experiences in purchasing a car from anywhere in the past.
Purchasing my 2016 Range Rover from Land Rover West Chester was an enjoyable experience. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly, knowledge and supportive. I felt I was their only client and they were there to help me find a vehicle that met my needs no matter how long it took. . Lee is an outstanding salesman always getting back to me in a timely fashion addressing all my concerns. Bill, the general manager, was always there to assist when needed. I couldn't have had a better experience at Land Rover west Chester and will continue to purchase cars from them in the future.
I just bought a 2016 Ranger Rover Sport from Land Rover of West Chester. I had a fantastic experience. They worked out all of the details the week before and I pulled into the dealership and saw the car, then they took me right into the Finance Office to sign the paperwork that was already for me to sign , then Lee (my salesman) took me right out to go over the car and teach me how everything worked. I didn't have to wait at all, the whole process was 1 hour total, from pulling into the parking lot to pulling out of the parking lot in my new Range Rover. As for my salesman, Lee was the best salesman I have ever experienced, he kept in contact with me on a regular basis and answered all of my questions and concerns. Lee had a lot of knowledge about the Range Rover product and spoke very well about everything. I promise that don't matter where I live I will be calling on Lee for my next Range Rover when it is time. I live about 90 miles from the dealership and it was worth the drive to buy from Lee!
I got an excellent deal on a very nice, low mileage car. The service is better than you’ll find anywhere. I will definitely be a repeat customer & recommend these guys to anyone in the market for the nicest, difficult to find, low mileage vehicles. Most importantly - No BS or hidden fees with these guys!
As a first time buyer of a vehicle on line, I was quite cautious. Larry put me at ease by answering all my questions and permitting my personal mechanic to review vehicle with Larry’s mechanic. Larry prepped the car beautifully and even provided some complimentary mechanical service. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Larry. Vehicle purchased was a 2003 Mercedes E55 AMG.
I recently purchased an Audi S5 from Hiline a week ago. So I can’t speak to the quality of repairs just yet. As a first time car buyer Larry helped make the purchase go as smooth as possible. Even offered to teach me how to properly shift after taking me for a test drive when I showed a little hesitation. (It’s a lot of car) Definitely happy with the process and the vehicle. Wouldn’t think twice to buy from him again.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire process was so relaxing and they made everything so easy to understand as well. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience (or better help) buying my first car.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
