I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 from Cappellino Buick-GMC, and the entire experience was excellent. I worked with Jacquie Andrusz, who I actually chose after seeing her posts on the dealership’s Facebook page. Her social media presence and happy customer reviews stood out to me, and I can honestly say she lived up to every expectation. From my very first message, Jacquie was professional, friendly, and completely transparent about pricing, rebates, and my trade-in value. We went back and forth by text and phone, and by mid-afternoon that same day, we had made a deal and I placed my deposit. Everything was clear and straightforward, which made the process stress-free. On pickup day, I drove two hours to the dealership, and everything was ready as promised. The test drive, paperwork, and delivery all went smoothly. Even when we ran into an issue with GM Rewards redemption (something out of their control), Jacquie and the team went above and beyond to help find a solution. After the sale, she also spent time walking me through all the features of my new Sierra so I’d feel completely comfortable with it before driving home. Jacquie’s personality, friendliness, and dedication truly made this a great car-buying experience. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

It was a very easy experience. It was a very smooth, efficient, very quick, quality information provided. Everyone was very professional and provided zero pressuring whatsoever.

PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

The only 2 issues I have with this car is the cost to replace the shocks and a little to much road noise. The handling and performance are great and highway mileage is 25 mpg.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

What an absolute beauty of a car! You can make money with it at shows... Just ask anyone if they know what kind of car, you response will generally be 69 Camaro, then double up since it has wing (vent) windows, and point that out. There next guess...a 67 Camaro... no go big! and unveil it is a 67 Firebird dressed like a 68/69/70 Camaro!! You'll win everytime.

The Joe Basil dealership family includes a Classic Car dealer. I have purchased 2 classics from this dealer. Both vehicles were transported to Texas with transport worked into the deals. Both cars were bought site unseen - first time to ever do that for me! Sight unseen was quite nerve-wracking for me. Great for a big guy who loves to ride on a cloud of air. Great style for an older car. horrid gas mileage but who can put a price on cool.

I have owned over 100 cars, the bentley has it all without to much flash. It is a true super car that gets 20+mpg at 70mph with 3 passangers and luggage. A drivers car with the best seats.

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!
