The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I've never thought that buying a car can be an awesome experience. Most dealership now changed the way they do business compared a decade ago. Although there are some dealership who still practice the old style of pressuring there customers to buy a car from them. You have to meet all of them, they refer them to you as their manager, offer you another car or anything that will keep you in their lot. With most people who now search the internet before going out to buy a car, this old trick no longer works. My experienced with LAHTI's Jeep is excellent. Transaction is very smooth and prompt from start to finish. Brian Long is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he will go the extra mile to please his customers. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si the cheapest price we found on the internet. The car was cleaned and polished when we came and ready for the test drive. When we came home after 43 miles drive, we noticed that one of the fog light is hanging out. We contact Brian and he answer right away and promise us to bring the car back for them to fix. Overall the experience is phenomenal. I will highly recommend Lahti's Jeep in Leominster.
Let me start by saying, I was not your typical car buyer. After doing my homework, I was looking for a particular trim, color and options. So, of course my car was not on the lot. But Jason and his team tirelessly looked around for my "perfect" Cherokee. From the beginning of my journey into buying a new vehicle, Jason was always accessible and informative. He let me know what he was seeing and was straightforward with me on availability and cost. Communication was excellent. Ron, dug deep into the available vehicles and called place after place to find what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with this group. Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from Imperial. I never felt pressured into buying, and Steven was helpful in explaining the different options available. With financing, Desiree was excellent and made that part actually fun. I subtracted a star only because I had to drive to Mendon for my car inspection and back to Milford for paperwork. That said, I would (and have) recommended Imperial to a friend.

I just bought my 4th car from the Imperial Group. Although I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax, I insisted on having Dave Bertulli from the Ford side as my salesman. Dave has sold me 3 of the 4 cars I've bought from Imperial over the last 8 years and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He has the rare trait in car sales of being honest with you about what he can and can't do for you, he won't tell you what you want to hear to get your money, he would rather build an honest relationship so you will go back to see him time and time again, as well as sending your friends and family to him.

Just days ago I walked in there looking to trade in my vehicle . Long story short I ended up buying a 2017 KIA SOUL PLUS . I was so impressed with Jason as a saleman and everybody there I went back in two days later and my girlfriend's son Brian bought a 2017 Kia Forte . Its a friendly place from everybody from the managers to the sales people to Scott to help you with the financing , to the service dept personnel . No ego trips there , always a good thing . Just a great bunch of people trying to keep the customer satisfied !
My 2013 Kia Soul Plus warranty ends in Dec 2018 and if I decide to trade it in , I would go to no other dealer .
