We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.

Went to dealership to look at a used RAM truck and, since I was over an hour away, I asked Chris to send me any pictures of dings, scratches, etc. He sent me everything and even included such small details that I would never have even seen them. There was a recall that needed fixed also and instead of having me come back, they snuck me in their busy schedule. I purchased the truck with no back and forth, "let me ask my manager" stuff you hear about. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process.

Negotiated directly with Andrew, the Jeep sales manager. There was very little back and forth. Very to the point. Agreed on the price of the Jeep and the value of the trade in in less than 20 minutes. Showed up the next morning to fill out the paperwork. Andrew and Ranger were very helpful. Andrew even hand delivered my license to me after I left it at the dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a DCJR product.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
