I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. I brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and to resolve a warning light issue regarding the Tire Monitoring System. I left my truck overnight for a next day appointment and received a text by 7:30 am stating that the oil change and tire rotation had begun and that the tire sensor battery was dead causing the warning light to engage. I was given an estimate to replace the battery and was asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. Since I have a lifetime warranty, I asked the service advisor to contact the warranty company to learn if the repair was covered. The advisor did so and luckily it was covered. The communication was very timely and accurate and the work on the truck was excellent. I've been to numerous dealerships for vehicle service and Walser Buick GMC Bloomington is by far the best.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !
