When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... Dropped my truck off on a Friday for a service appointment on Monday, picked up a loner ( which was a brand new truck) minutes later I was on my way home. DON W. In service made me feel like family. Saturday before noon I received a call saying my truck was all wrapped up and I could pick it up today or at my convenience on Monday. Of course I picked my truck same day, I think I was only there for five minutes,Service really has things organized .
