Our service writer, Brandon called Mopar Vehicle Protection Division to authorization for our repair and was denied. He called again for higher level authorization. Still denied. He allowed me to call. Again denied. I have very little faith in corporate level personnel. Although, Whitney at corporate always stayed polite during my very agitated demeanor. I sent request to higher authority at corp. again denied. All this because a covered component failed which resulted in additional hidden, unobservable damage to set of $2800 of oem components.
Dealer Service Manager, Frank called Regional Service Manager, name unknown. These two men working with Service Writer, Brandon for relevant information arranged a very equitable resolution.
