I was trying to decide between the Jeep and Equinox. Dylan followed up several times to see if he could help. He was not pushy, just made himself available and willing to help. He went the extra mile to ask some important questions. While the other sales people would day, this is what we have, Dylan listened and even read between the lines and found the car that could entice me make a choice. He succeeded. I must say Dylan made a huge difference not only in my decision, but he has a definite impact on what I tell people about the Kolosso dealership.
On the last oil change on my 2013 Dodge Cara Van they told me there was a leak in the transmission line and recommended I make another appointment to fix. When I left I took the van to the mechanic from a small shop I use on repairs to varifiy it. He said there is no evidence of any leaks anywhere. That will be the last service I will get from them Koloso. Been a customer a long time. Also I noticed the hood and wheel well are starting to bubble up and rust in some areas the body shop mainly said that is to bad we live in Wisconsin. No warranty left but would cost 1500.00 to fix with no guaranty or 5000.00 to replace parts and repaint. Also they said this is a common problem but would not go to bat for me with Chrysler.
I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.

We purchased a 2008 Subaru from Greenville Auto. The whole experience was straightforward, transparent and hassle free. Trevor was excellent to work with. His follow-up was prompt and complete and he was fully transparent and very easy to work with. The inventory is limited but if you find a car that meets your needs, I would not hesitate to recommend Greenville Auto and RV.
So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

Recently purchased our dream car and worked with Cody Bates. Cody was really excellent at explaining everything about the sale and financing and was really helpful with answering any questions I had. He also took the time to go over all of our new vehicles features. After the sale he has been quick to respond to any additional questions or concerns that I have had. I feel like he genuinely cared about me as a customer and sincerely wants to keep me as a customer long after this sale, which is rare to find. I bought a 2013 ram 3500 for John Martin. He is as a truthful and upfront salesmen as your gonna find. I had many questions about the truck and he provided me with every detail. I wanted to know history he had it. He brought me to John the service manager and he had all the service documents. Jonh (ser. man.) gave me previous and all repairs needed when they got the truck. I had a trade in and i wanted a certian amout. Gary pulled up similar trucks and where they stood for trade in value. That helped him and I come to a fair trade in amount. Gary was very helpful and a easy person to talk to. Then John handed me over to Todd to get me the financing i needed. Todd worked a great payment plan for me and was very professional. Clear and undestandable information. Not rushed or pressured. Very professional. Then comes the tricky part. On my way home (3 hrs one way). The truck threw a code and the check engine light came on. I called John Martin and he said without hesitation. " Let me talk to John and he will call you right back". To end this long review all i have to say. In the end Vande Hey Brantmeier Dodge is the only place to buy a vehicle. They are trustworhty, polite, and stand by what they say! You will be doing yourself a huge injustice if you dont buy your next vehicle from one of the Vande Hey Bantmeier dealerships. Thank you again for all your help and commitment.
As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. Happened to be on a walk with the wife and came across a truck I liked. The salesman came out and was very friendly and not pushy at all. Took a week for me to get back for a test drive. After the drive I decided the truck was for me. I did some quick little question answering to get the ball rolling. By the next day at 1:30 I got a text that I was approved!
