Nice and quick service

Overall, the only real complaint I have is that it took almost 3 weeks to get the recalled leaf springs into the store. This isn't really a knock on the store, but more on Toyota in general. I understand that this was a national recall, but 3 weeks! Were they being delivered by covered wagon?
As for the store and service department, they did a great job fixing everything. Jez DiPaolo had great communication with me and explained everything that was being done. I thought I was having brake problems and problems with my rear axle in addition to the rear leaf springs recall. However, they determined that it was just the driveshaft, still an expensive fix, but cheaper than what I was expecting.
Again, the store was good, but Toyota needs to rethink their recall protocols so people don't have to wait 3 weeks for a part.
